Welcome to the 2022-2023 Hockey Season Registration!

This registration session will allow you to sign up for participation, complete contact information, and submit payment at this time (optional). Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

All registrations have the option to pay through the SportsEngine website using their bank account or credit card.  Please note that non-refundable processing fees of 3.15% plus $1.50 per charge (i.e., one-time, monthly, etc.) will be added to participant fees for payments made via SportsEngine.  Those electing to pay via this method will see a charge on your credit card from Elmbrook Youth Hockey.  

For 6U In-House and older, invoicing via QuickBooks is also available at no additional charge with payment via ACH preferred.   For Learn-to-Play, payment via SportsEngine is required, but may be reversed upon prompt receipt of ACH or  check; please speak with the EYHA Treasurer directly regarding this special billing.

Please review this page PRIOR to registration for Learn to Play, 6U In-House (formerly Mini-Mites), and/or 8U Mites (RWB Red-White-Blue / travel teams). 

Each player that plays for EYHA on a WAHA team must first register with USA Hockey and then return to this registration session to signup for the season.  Registration with USA Hockey is required each season and must be unique to each participant.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Eagles Days Information

These are days hosted by the organization.  In addition to providing the opportunity to try on jerseys and pay fees, attendees can learn more about:

• Game Jerseys & Game Socks (6U/8U and above)
• Required protective gear (10U Squirt and above)
• EYHA Team Warm-ups (optional)
• EYHA Spirit Wear and Apparel 
• EYHA Volunteer & Fundraising Opportunities
• Birth Certificate Verification (age 10U and above or if you are new to the organization)

Eagle Days this year will be on August 11, August 24 and August 30 from 5:45 until 7 pm each night at The Ponds.
